Bottom Discharge Graphitization Furnace
    It is mainly used for vacuum sintering of special composite materials or cemented carbide, copper tungsten alloy, titanium alloy and other alloy materials. 
Product Details
Advantages:
    It is suitable for processing and graphitization of large products, which greatly improves the convenience of materials in and out. It is suitable for high-temperature treatment of materials ( sintering, graphitization, purification, etc.) under the protection of vacuum or atmosphere. 
Product Features:
    It is welded by flange and cylinder group, and welded by various types of steel and steel plate to reinforce the load-bearing frame used to place the furnace body.  
    Adopts double butterfly water inter layer structure, furnace bottom after lifting through electric speed reducer reducer by synchronous bearing flexible drive, driven by electric screw bracket will be stable furnace bottom rising or falling, avoid graphite crucible in the process of rising and falling damage, lifting mechanism is equipped with upper and lower limit switch, furnace bottom fall in place after taking work carried out by production personnel.
