MIM Sintering Furnace
  The debinding sintering furnace is the core machine for MIM, mainly used for debinding and sintering process of metal injection molding parts. It can achieve degreasing (remove organic binders) and sintering (densification of metal particles) through vacuum or specific atmospheric environment. The main application are  MIM parts for iron-based, stainless steel, titanium alloy, alloy steel, high-speed steel and other materials.
Product Details
Applications:
    Mainly used for producing complex shaped and high-precision metal parts, such as electronic components, instruments, automotive parts, etc. This furnace solves the problems of low efficiency and high energy consumption caused by multi devices switching in traditional processes through integrated design and high-precision temperature control system, which becomes key technical support for MIM process.
Product Advantage:
 The performance of oxidation resistance is significantly enhanced under vacuum or inert gas atmosphere. It can stably withstand long-term operation at high temperatures above 1600 ℃, avoiding common melting or deformation of metal heating elements. With excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media (such as acid, alkali, molten metal) at high temperature, it ensures product purity by preventing the materials inside the furnace from reaction pollution.
